Robert is the best person ever! While helping me scan documents, he offered my daughter coloring pages and crayons to keep her busy. He was really nice the entire time. Best experience we’ve ever had at this store.

Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further down bandera to visit Office Depot to handle all printing and shipping needs. I came to this store twice before and had a few items printed, great experience. I was charged per sheet, for color copies. On today, the line was long, when I finally make it to the front, I stated I need color copies. Janie, instantly gets an attitude and redirects me “to the machine” I stated I took a look while waiting in line, I didn’t the see option to print, only copy. She then walked me to the computer, (initially she said machine) the computer has a $3.00 charge. I asked would I be charged the $3.00 and the copies to print? She said yes. I stated I’m not here to use the computer, only to print. I made her aware that I had come before, gave the reps my USB and they were able to print, and charge me per sheet. She said they’re doing it wrong. You will be charge the $3.00 and per sheet So know suddenly there’s a flat fee of $3.00 first plus copies? I told her go ahead and charge me bc I didn’t want to hold the line up. but I wanted to talk to a manager later about this. She slide a business card at me very rudely and said here you can call him. So rude! She proceeds to get on this computer and don’t have a clue on what to do. She FaceTime a man(assuming the owner) he provided directions to her several times and she still couldn’t figure it out. He hung up and she she still couldn’t figure it out. I asked for my USB back and just left. Janie, if your attitude was because you really didn’t know how to use your system and computer to print, then you could have just said that! I will never come here Again. I have also made sure to tell my family and neighbors about my experience. Never again.
