This location delivers excellent customer service and they are very friendly! I walked in completely unprepared with 9 shipping labels on one box which doesn’t work, they took time out of their day to help pack, tape, and label 9 boxes each with their own label so that they’d properly scan and track. This level of service is hard to find these days! Thank you Kathrynn and Jeff at Store #6899!!!!

Went to return an unsealed package in the picture (8×12 inches). The representative wanted to charge me $1 to tape the package. Then try to sell me the tape for $2.99. I have never had to pay for tape to seal any package at any other UPS store before. This is my first time. It seem very petty. Will not give them my business here and will tell friends and family to do the same. Very bad customer service!Update: After reading the other reviews this is not the first time it has happened. I appreciate your response, but I will not give your business my patronage.
