Kudos to Victoria! I was having trouble uploading my print job online, so I called and Victoria encouraged me to e-mail it to the store. She received my print job via e-mail, and called to let me know it was ready. Her phone etiquette was outstanding, and when I entered the store, she immediately greeted me, and said she’ll be right with me. Victoria has fantastic manners, customer service skills, and was just as kind in-person as she was on the phone! I was very impressed! ~ Heather Tolleson

This is a special Thank You to Adrienne at the Baytown UPS store # 6646! Adrienne was very courteous, professional and extremely helpful to me when I visited the store on Sept 14th. When I entered the store she greeted me with a smile and was genuinely concerned about assisting me with my shipping needs. I hereby nominate Adrienne as Employee of the Week/Month Employees like Adrienne should be rewarded for going above and beyond for their customers.
