So Stephen was prolly one of the most demeaning, short sited, unprofessional employees I’ve met anywhere. COMPLETELY unhelpful! Then when I was instructed to email my label to ‘send to a friend’ which I did for Stephen to come and tell me that I didn’t send it. I resent it and he told me that I did it wrong, ‘….that’s why it’s called send to a friend’ he tells me. As I’m looking him up and down ETHAN comes to save the day with just a dash of COMMON SENSE and CUSTOMER SERVICE, in which he was able to help me and correct the village idiot. Horrible experience.

The store itself was ok but the tracking site admitted they put my time sensitive next day air document on the wrong truck!After 15 minutes on the phone I was instructed to call the store for a refund. Store says they will initiate an investigation and may take several weeks, at least they were friendly and helpful. Thanks guys. Lesson here is to choose your shipper carefully when sending time critical documents.2021 updateI never got a refund. Choose wisely for your shipping needs.
