I’m sorry guys but absolutely hands down the worst UPS I have ever gone to dealt with used try to use. I have a business around the corner so I use UPS because they’re reliable this location is run and privately owned by some weird people with a weird temperament may be yelled at me before they’ve told me machines are down they can’t know anything out more than once. I do not recommend this location consumer beware.

Awful service and Gisele H. actually lied on my paperwork and said I refused a repack when that was not the case.So my package was damaged and thrown away and I now have to replace my sons birthday gift. I’m sure this is not indicative of all UPS locations but I would stay far away from this one. 55 others have given this store a 1 star. Wish I would have seen that before I walked in the door.
