Every now and again we are forced to drop off our daily shipments at the local store due to the ups driver not showing up. This experience dropping off an entire van full of packages was so stressful because we had 40 of them. But the guys at the ups store not only welcomed me and assured me they will take care of me, they went out of their way to help me unload the boxes and take them into the store.They turned a stressful situation into a relaxed situation. THAT is customer service.

The owner seems to be a moody-angry-man. I went to drop a package from Amazon and told me the label was not well placed. That it could fall off. I thanked him for letting me know and helped me to tape it well(in a very moody, and angry way). I never got a pick up receipt. But his issues are very well noticed. Reading now the comments I see many people are having the same issues with the same person. If you don’t like the business you are in, then do something else.
