1st time coming to this UPS to return an Amazon order and there was only one other customer in there. Not knowing the other customer was in line cause he was looking at some envelopes to mail off his documents I went to the counter. The employee gave me a snide look as if I did something and told me I need to get in line and wait to be called. Working in customer services for years I learned to greet the customer when being approach and direct them to where they to go if you are assisting another customer. No need for the unfriendly service.
