Went in on May 22, had to ship a faulty product to Cypress, Tx. Paid over $38 to have it shipped, it got as far as Willow Brook on May 26. It was then shipped back to the Killeen UPS store. UPS clearly dropped the ball, went to the store and was told we would have to pay an additional shipping charge to have it re-shipped. Not my fault, shouldn’t have to pay another charge. Staff was adamant, took our box, went to fed-ex. Arrived the next day, no problem. Never using UPS again. They still refuse to refund our original shipping charge.

Lady Norma was sweet, courteous, empathic and great service. 3 customers and she helped me make copies, then more copies and held my had to get my certified mail off this evening. Great new location but can be easily missed… twice. LOL . I will be back!

Went in to drop off a package and one of the employees was not wearing a mask. Not sure if she was a manger or not, but apparently her fellow employees (who were wearing masks) and customer’s safety doesn’t matter to her. If the delivery driver who’s running around all day can wear a mask (he was in the store and was wearing one), the lady just sitting at the counter can wear one.
