I needed to have something notarized in Wichita falls in order to handle some business with a family member. I live 2+ hours away so I made an appointment. I received a confirmation of my appointment for notary services and a follow up reminder. I make the drive to Wichita Falls and show up at my appointed time to be told that they don’t have anyone available to do notary. No courtesy call, no email, no attempt to reach out and reschedule or cancel, nothing but confirmations. Unacceptable to treat people that way. Take your business somewhere that actually cares about people.
