I went into the UPS store to return some Direct TV equipment. Although this is a very busy store, I was greeted when I walked in and everyone was very nice and helpful. There were actually 2 black males in the store and Becky (the blonde) was joking and kidding with one that frequents the store. She knows a lot of people and I can guarantee that she does not see color!

What looked like a middle aged woman (blond) was very nonchalant when waiting on me (black male). The white guy ahead of me was cheerfully greeted before being helped and while helping him she cheerfully greeted the white woman behind me. When I got to the counter she looked at me until I told her what I wanted. She was not professional and didn’t care that it showed.
