I began using this UPS store when moving into the area several years back. I have always loved the convenience of the location and friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. This morning when I went in to ship a few returns, my experience was quite different. I was shipping 4 items, had 2 labels printed and thought I had 2 QR codes for the other 2 items. When I realized that the last item actually required a printed label, I was told it would cost $2. When inquiring further about this, the employee explained that printing 50+ pages of paper can get expensive and thus, some store have begun charging, this store in the past year. When I pressed further explaining that this was clearly not my intention as I had arrived at the store with 2 printed labels, I was told no exceptions could be made. After explaining that I am in the store often weekly as I live close and have never had an issue if for some reason I forget to print one, she did not even have the courtesy to respond. I am extremely disappointed in the attitude and representation of ups this exployee displayed as I interact so frequently with ups and know this is not the norm. I will however be leveraging fedex for the next few weeks….

I have never had a poor experience at this location, but my most recent visit was absolutely exceptional. I regret not getting the name of the guy who helped me out (2-20-21 around 1pm) but he was extremely patient with me and kind. The store was packed and I believe this was the first day our neighborhood opened back up following the winter storms, and even when dealing with difficult customers/situations, the staff on duty handled guests kindly, patiently, and appropriately.

This place always has good service but especially today. Went in around lunch time with multiple things i needed to do. They jumped on it and did all my things simultaneously and got me out of there so fast. They were very helpful and professional and saved me so much hassle! Give these dudes a raise.
