I have been sending packages here for over one year; all the employees here are loving to help, patient, good attitude. I feel happy every time I am here. I only have a not pleasing experience with the manager for a claim about a broken item during delivery. I did everything he asks me to do to get a refund. And every time I asked him about it, he will say, “I will have a copy of your receipt and look for it, then give a callback”; he got several copies of my receipt, and I never get his call back. One of his employees saw this and told me that the manager is such a person, you shouldn’t be so nice when you talk to him, or you will never get your money back. Over six months, finally, I get a check from him. I am still willing to give a five star because of these young, friendly employees.

Came in today to get something notarized and shipped and the guy that helped me ( Victor ) was his name I believe was very nice and helpful. This is a busy location but I can honestly say I was in and out quicker than I thought. I’ll be returning!
