What a great experience. Kent was so helpful and courteous. He even came outside and helped us carry in what we needed to ship . He packed everything securely and was very helpful and patient. I will go here when I need to ship anything again .

If I could rate them a 0 I would. Paid $41 for next day air delivery and when it wasn’t received timely all they could say was the person helping you should have told you we aren’t guaranteeing any delivery times due to COVID. Then refused to refund. I was there at noon but my package didn’t leave until 8:49PM.
