Terrible customer service. The employees works there on Sep 26, 2020 had a bad attitude and not willing to offer help. I walked in for copy service. She tossed me with a tool and stated that she could not help because she was the only one worked there, when there was literally NO other customers. She also mocked at me saying we asked customers do it all the time, it just some staples! when I have a couple of years of tax return to copy. That’s not my experience. I went to UPS for business copying multiple times and never encountered any issue like this, they always unstaple, print, and stable it back all together professionally and neatly. Her attitude and behavior is a bad representation of UPS.

I work nearby and come to this store multiple times per week. I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes in there. Staff is knowledgeable and quick to help.

Experts at what they do. The owner is nearly always there and she trains her staff to the utmost perfection. They will help you make sure your packages get sent out efficiently and expediently. There is nothing they can not handle in the world of logistics at this location.
