Off and on service. Most times it is quick and easy drop offs for me. One time I was told I had to buy the tape to tape my package up (they had always taped it for me).. So I bought an entire roll of package tape just for that one instance. Most times the employees are friendly and helpful… But there is a young girl there that isn’t friendly and gives one the sense of rudeness just in her lack of personality. Oh well, thanks to Amazon’s new set up that allows me to drop things off without a label, my experiences have been good ones.

I have no idea how ups is in other parts of the country but when it hits ft.payne it is the absolute worst shipping company ever. Swear they don’t update tracking there 70% of the time. They constantly miss scheduled delivery time its so bad I’ve convinced my company to no longer use them and instead we ship FedEx. I swear I wish Amazon would make FedEx an option.

Unexceptable customer service!Rude seasoned employee and improperly trained new one. Listed as an Amazon no print return drop off facility however they are unable to scan the Amazon generated return label and want to charge you $2.33 for another. Waited for 10+ minutes for them to receive the label that was sent directly to their verified email twice. Asked about alternative options – none. Walked out and took the package to the local Package Store in and out in under 2 minutes free off charge.
