I ship over 100s of packages at this location throughout the week but on 4/11 at 9:42am I came and shipped off 4 packages at the time which all were scheduled to be delivered the following day on 4/12 following that day a customer reached out to me informing me that the tracking number had not even been updated still at the time we waited another day till we could reach out to the ups on whitesburg to let them know what was going on. 3/4 of the packages made it as they should have on the scheduled delivery date. When informing ups of the package that was “Stolen” at their location that didn’t even get shipped out the cashier at the time even admitted that it looked fishy that my receipt said the item shipped at 9:42 am but it was a separate label that got created minutes before the store closed at 5:55pm (long after the other items shipped). Nobody could tell me anything now and they are lying beating around the bush….I would not recommend sending ANYTHING valuable from this location they will steal it and you will be in the hold resending a item again that has already been accounted for. Keep in mind the shoe that got shipped has a value of $400 and they didn’t do anything about it. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would !

I have been using UPS for around 20 years. All my information is based off personal experiences with UPS or UPS website only. I think corporate should look at this issue more clearly and give it some clarification about their charges. I mailed off my package today with my own box and bubble wrap materials. I was overcharged compared to ups website. The ups website quoted $18-$22 to mail my package but once carried to the location I was charged nearly $30 to ship with me providing all shipping materials and box. The staff was not helpful and main issue I was overcharged. I bought attention to the assistant manager and received no resolution. In the future I will use a different location or ship through or Fedex. I might even ship through USPS next time. I felt like this was wrong and also contacted corporate but they could not understand English. So I am truly unhappy and dissatisfied with UPS. They should have a notice on the door warning customers they will be overcharged not charged what the UPS website quotes as a price. I would not recommend this location or any if this happens again to me. I will tell everybody about my experience. Charges should be upfront and not charged two different prices. The website price and in store price are different. Recommendation anybody dealing with UPS at this location is take out your phone and record conversion with employees you make contact with. ALWAYS ASK PRICE BEFORE YOU SHIP HERE BECAUSE I WAS CHARGED DIFFERENT FROM WEBSITE for UPS.Check out for yourself.
