Very Rude Customer Service!!…The woman UPS employee there today yelled RUDELY at everyone saying there should only be 7 people waiting in line(there was 6 she admitted) after making others go outside. But that’s not the worst part…she refused to help process people’s returns at the empty computer station while the line proceeded to get 12 people deep outside down the sidewalk….leaving only one employee taking everyone’s returns because she refused to help. Very Rude & Stressful environment!
