I had to pick up a package for my fiancé this morning. The manager was horribly rude and condescending. Totally unprofessional and plain disgusting to treat a customer this way. I will not recommend their services ever, and I will try to avoid them at all costs in the future. Unbelievable that a business can operate this way.

I’ve been working to try and figure out shipping through our new ‘normal.’ After a lot of trial and error I came across this location in Auburn. The gentleman who owns the location was wonderful, he understood exactly what I was asking for and I will be setting up an account with this location to help me navigate shipping and delivery through covid and our climate challenges. Thank you so much for being kind, giving me the information needed, offering me the option to purchase your product that will make being a business owner easier. Your product is service and I didn’t have to ask you about it, you sold it to me to solve a problem. I have been trying for a solution to the issue of deliveries since March- onward and upward I will be purchasing a PO box for my deliveries with you for the next year!

Love this store and that it is locally owned! They are always very helpful when I need to print, fax, and ship something! We have a child who is medically fragile and with this nasty covid-19 virus we can’t risk going out in public and bringing this virus or any home to our son. I needed to print 38 pages out then fax all of them somewhere for my son so I called the UPS store. They were great they printed it all out faxed it and let me pay over the phone. Then I asked can they mail me my copies and they went above and beyond good customer service and personally dropped them off in my mailbox right away. Thank you so much for all that you do!
