I’m frequently in this store, at least once weekly for over 10 yrs and have never had an issue. Although Im usually lucky to have Karen help me,the other employees were always pleAsant. I have used the notary numerous times . Just like any other place ,call first to find out what hours she will be in. Parking is fine being there is only a few small business surrounding that don’t hold large crowds.

Made an appointment online for a notary at 9am on Monday. I arrived promptly and was informed that the notary was out on leave and didn’t make appointments online. At no point prior to my appointment did anyone from UPS contact me to advise me that the notary was unavailable. Never coming here again. Avoid.

While all of the staff here are excellent, this location is not only dangerous to park at but the lack of parking is also an issue if you don’t go before the other stores within this strip mall open. The inside is one of the smallest locations i have been to and when the UPS truck comes to drop off packages its a virtual nightmare. Both my husband and i really like the staff but sometimes its just too stressful to go to this location and we choose to go quite a bit farther to the Hicksville Location. Wish I could say something better but if UPS truly wants to help out with this location somehow revamp this space by putting the counter across the back of the store and opening up more space for both employees and customers to have room.
