No complaints with the new management: Amazon of course made up nonsense and said I could use any box, even a cereal box, to return a package so that’s what I rushed over before closing and just did. I was thinking they have another layer of packaging that they stuff things in or something but I guess the representative just pulled something out of thin air and was mislead. The employees explained that they doubted it would make it all the way but still accepted the package anyway. They must have the patience of Job dealing with all these returns.
