I drop off packages here all the time. The staff is always so friendly and caring towards your shipping needs. They’re very professional and I would suggest this UPS to anybody. One side is the pharmacy and the other side is the UPS Store. 2 in 1. I doubt at first but reading other reviewers, they says is the actual UPS Store too, so I have to take a look for myself because I have a package needed to be shipped, so I went and see and it is like the UPS Store and spoke to the manager and he says the reason is like this because1) It’s convenient for customers who lives around here than travel far around Briarwood2) the owner of the store don’t have to pay the full rent of the store so they can save too

I wish I could give this place ten stars! I frequently buy things on Amazon and am often returning items that do not fit my needs. The return process at this UPS is timely, smooth, and efficient. The staff is kind, attentive, and helpful, going above and beyond! I am so grateful to live in the same neighborhood as such a great family run business.
