I must give a shout out to the guy with medium length curly hair! Whenever he’s working, there’s no line. He processes 1 customer every 1 second no joke. AND he has a good attitude. AND he respects customers. He deserves 5 stars. But when he’s not working … oh well … you know … it might just be 2.5 stars.

This UPS store is in a terrific location, right by Rego Center Mall. This makes it easy to drop off your packages whenever you’re doing all your other shopping ️! There is no dedicated parking ️, so you’ll have to find a streetside spot or use the adjacent parking garage. It’s only a block away from the subway though The location is clean and the service is friendly and fast.

I come to this UPS store about 3-6 times a week. Never had a issue two years ago or a year ago. Since January 2021 till today, I’ve had many packages lost in transit, items stolen but delivered in a empty box, receipt with missing tracking numbers etc.I wonder where the two nice older man/woman is from last year. The current staff is all friendly, but I am pretty sure it is Christian (started working there I believe end of last year December or January 2021). He is the one creating these issues for me (stealing, lost packages, missing tracking on receipts)Please be careful ladies and gentleman.
