Use UPS’s signboard, do not implement UPS policy。I want to send something, but there is no package. I asked how much the price is. They told me that the price is expensive. Then I want to save some money and pack it myself. Ask them for a box. They still told me the price is the same. I feel they just want you to spend more money. This UPS Store is absolute scam! Charged me $5 for dropping off a package that is over 50 lbs? What did you guys do to deserve the $5? You did not come to my house to pick it up. I am the one who drove to the store and did all the heavy lifting. When asked for UPS supplies I have to pay? When I can get them for FREE on the UPS website. Save yourself and go to a nearby Staples which DOES NOT CHARGE YOU AT ALL.EDIT: Hope you are charging these resellers with multiple boxes of sneakers for UPS Stores due to space restraints we charge the fees.
