Amazon and UPS have a program called “No-Box, no Label Returns,” where you can return items… with no box and no label. When I brought in my return the guy at this UPS refused to take it without a box. In fact he told me to buy a box! Now, the item I was returning is not the smallest item. It might require a 3ft. box, and I get that this might be inconvenient. But that’s literally UPS’s policy. I don’t have a box for my return because the item came damaged in a destroyed box, which UPS itself is responsible for! I don’t appreciate UPS employees simply making up their own policy when corporate policy is inconvenient.

Horrible staff. I went to have something notarized. They only notarize between the hours of 2-5, unless you pay them a $10 fee to make an immediate appointment. This is five times the cost of the actual notarization. This is highway robbery. I went to another UPS store location (320 7th ave) and did not have this problem, and the staff was much friendlier.

I think the manager and the co-worker (bought 2 stamps from her) who was beside him on pharmacy side were the ones who helped me out to procure the type of shipping that I desired. I was blessed by them last month (August).. the shipping went through perfectly and I was able to move forward to finish what was started. Thank you so much!! At first, it seemed like I wasn’t able to ship my contents in the unique way I wanted, but the manager came through in the end.I had to remain composed or a cool head with a side of politeness (saying thank you helps as a customer or being nice as customer) even though the original UPS work attendant behind the counter rejected my unique shipping request.
