Extremely helpful, very fast and professional, even with a very long line. Emmanuel was incredibly patient and deft in helping send multiple packages out. People in positions like these don’t get enough credit, especially when they’re dealing in general, with very impatient people. Thank you for making it a good experience.

I just had a horrible experience there (10/28/20 at 10:30 AM) with an employee named Nate Sebrok. I came into the store to drop off items for shipment. I asked him a question as to why certain items needed to be packaged in a box while other are not… despite having a scan code symbol from Amazon. Mr. Nate Sebrok raised his voice and rudely answer with “just do what I told you” and walked away. I told him that his actions are inappropriate and I will proceed to film our conversation. He threatened me and said… “I will punch you in your face if you do that and will sue you afterwards.” His boss Mr. Alan Wallace walk toward me and try to defuse the situation. This is crazy and unprofessional of UPS employee. Will this be how customers are addressed if they have questions there? OMG… I hope nobody will have this kind of experience as I did today and UPS should take disciplinary action against this individual named Nate Sebrok.

The staff is efficient and helpful. They don’t have enough space for all the packages and they’re stacked everywhere, but that’s not the staff’s fault.
