The older guy in the glasses/semi bald (he is usually there) tried to charge me $5 for picking up a package smh! Meanwhile the click & collect service to pick up a package that is shipped to a UPS location is free (especially in my case when the retailer at the time of purchase said it’s free of charge). Be aware & don’t fall for their scams!I told the worker I’m pretty sure it’s free let me check with the retailer & he immediately said “no, it’s okay you know for next time”….yeah okay I’m not having packages redirected to this location again. He would’ve been caught in his lies if I spoke to the retailer. I’m just writing this review so other customers know as well!

Man I delt with was had a very dismissive and condescending tone. I shipped out a package there not too long ago too later find out that I was way overcharged. I thought the price was pretty steep when he told me but when was it because I needed to get it out for repair. Something that should have been $150 max, cost me over $230. And charged me $25 for a cardboard box. Should have went with my gut and left the place after going in there.
