I have been using this store for over 10 years. Only because it is conveniently located at a place I can get to easily. It used to be horrible, everything from losing mail and blaming it on the post office, and putting mail in the wrong boxes, it was run by a cute old couple who couldn’t keep up with the new technologies. Now under the new management it’s only slightly better. Today they locked me out of my box a week earlier than the when payment was due. When I asked them why that happened no apologies, just said you should have service for another week but I recommend you pay it now. I see some of the other comments saying the owner is cheap and rude

This location is super nice but they lost a return package and never responded to multiple calls, multiple emails and direct messages via UPS. I know they manage thousands of parcels and day but to not get a response was the more upsetting part.
