Today I went to the UPS store to get a document notarized. I was going to use a phone app to scan the document to make a pdf. To my surprise, an employee there called Angie quickly asked me if I wanted her to do it for me and email it to me. She was so helpful preparing my package for shipment. It was great to be greeted with such a friendly and helpful person. I would recommend this UPS store to all! I will definitely go back again.

Angie at this location has been very helpful to my family twice during a difficult time. She’s the reason I’d return. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the location itself is very difficult to navigate. The parking is terrible and when you have heavy items you have to carry them upstairs, go through multiple doors and drag them to the counter. It is very challenging to return items that are large.
