My fiancee and I came to this store on a Wednesday night, 10 minutes before closing with 17 packages, each going to a different location, that we needed to arrive by Saturday or our virtual wedding would have been ruined.We were assisted by Irene and Uzo, who were AMAZING! We were ready to beg and plead for their help, but they didn’t even flinch and got right to work printing labels for each package as we stuffed them into envelopes. They both stayed with us for 40 minutes after store close to make sure the packages were processed and labeled. They were extremely patient and kind with us while we checked the addresses and made sure everything was correct.This was a customer service experience way beyond what we were expecting! Give these two a raise, they deserve it!
