Love their choices in clothing, scarves, purses. Been going about 18 yrs & always happy with selection, especially love the once a year sale in Jan/Feb. Feels like family whenever I am in the store.

I live in the Bay Area, 2 hours away from this boutique. Everytime I go to Sonoma, this is a MUST VISIT store for me. Always find something there, either on sale, or on special, or regular merchandise, but ALWAYS UNIQUE and reasonable. I have gotten shoes, earrings, scarves, tights, jackets, blouses from Total Look. Sales lady is always helpful and resourceful. She will tell customer whether something looks great on or when it should be skipped over. a MUST !!!

I placed an order online through Amazon on a Saturday morning. I then sent an email asking if they could expedite my order as I had a wedding the following weekend and I needed them for the wedding. Total Look handled my order personally and shipped it same day. They ensured my order was delivered in time for the wedding, and they wrote a personal message in the package ‘wishing me a great time at the wedding’. Also, I loved the shoes.Thank you!!
