The customer service at this store is fantastic. Addison is hands-down the most attentive and knowledgeable sales rep I have every worked with. Addison helped make both my bathroom renovations as easy as possible and the tile selection didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend this store and it’s manager.

The entire process was very smooth. We were looking for a backsplash for our new kitchen. Dom was fantastic helping us out with what we needed. Dom helped me as I had to come back in to buy more grout as I had bought the wrong amount. He also gave us a list of professional installers. Damian and Jose at Jade Tile were awesome with the tile installation and quote. They even fit me in that same week. Highly recommended both The Tile Shop AND Jade Tile. Affordable and professional work. Will absolutely go back to them for my next tile project.

Would love to give this business more stars. Fantastic service, products and quality. What takes them to the next level is the in house marriage counseling they provide to couples picking out tile trying to prevent the disaster of a lifetime. Ken-N and Dominic-L at the 290 store should be sent to world hotspots to negotiate world peace. Great place!
