terrible customer service! i was kept waiting behind a single customer for a very long time because the employee was making small talk with the man in front of me. she never let me know that she would be right with me. then when it was my turn, she was very reluctant to answer my questions and when she would they would be very short answers. she was not offering any help in selecting the right tile for me and when i told her more or less what i was looking for, she would not show me any samples. she gave me the impression that she did not care for my service! and when it came time for me to leave i asked her if she could write down a few descriptions of what i may buy, she just stood there and looked at me. i had to write it on my hand, as she just stood there and looked at me. when i left there was no good bye. i will never go there again.
