Wow, this place is awesome and so is Emily! She was so helpful in putting together the Porcelain Tile and Carrara Marble combination for my custom shower. AND she did it all over the phone. She would put together combinations and take pictures on her personal cell phone and send me pictures. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The shower turned out perfect. She understood my vision and made it come to life.Thank you Emily!!Lisa Kirby-Moore

1:57 pm. 11/04/2020.Just walked out and will never walking back in.Came to this store in hopes of making a new contract for a builder who was wanting new resources for supplies. We have a big home to build for a client and needed tiles. We were NOT greeted when we walked in but instead given quentionable looks on why we would be walking into this establishment. When we finally went to ask someone after waiting for hell, the young man at the center desk, did not catch his name but a younger Hispanic gentleman and a young Caucasian woman did not look welcoming. Did seem warm and inviting. When we asked our questions, they just replied with No, and went back to looking at their computers as if they had better things to do than to help create new business relationships.Very disappointed.
