I made a purchase of eight large tile slabs that are stunning. They matched my super white counter tops very well. They were applied to the sides and along the back of my kitchen island.My issue was that when I placed my order with the manager I specifically asked how the tile would be packaged. If not packaged well enough I would have my contractor who’s working on my home to pick them up otherwise I would pick them up in my car. I was told they would be packaged very well in a box and it would be just fine. That was not the case. I spoke to manager and the person loading my car and I addressed my concerns about scratching. They told me they would be fine because of the little protectors that are on them. Well they were deeply scratched along with broken corners on a few. When we told the store manager she didnt care one bit that my tiles were scratched. I reminded her that I had asked just for that reason alone.i should have never excepted the tile not in boxes. The manager explained that the boxes never survive the shipping. I wish she told me that when I asked in the first place.My second issue was that the manager suggested to use the thin-set sold at the shop. My husband went over how to apply the tiles with our contactor and applied them him self. The thin-set did not adhere to the island and started falling off hours later. We had to scrape off the thin- set off the tile. It was a nightmare. Our contactor suggested to use gorilla glue instead. He said said the thin-set was garbage. The gorilla glue worked amazingly.I returned the thin-set to the store and the manager said she needed to play with it. Try it her self and see if she can get the tile to stick. She continued to explain that if that worked I would not get a refund.For me what sets your store apart from my experience with your competitors isn’t the tile. It’s the customer service. I have spent thousands at your competitor. I now know after my experience at your store that it will be my last. I have 3 more bathrooms to renovate. I have two bathrooms gutted to the studs that I now know over a $70.00 bag of thin-set I will be going to best tile for the rest of my projects.

I ordered tiles from this shop in order to re-tile my hallway and kitchen. I was told that the tiles were out of stock and due to Covid-19 I would need to eat the delivery charges in order to ship the tile from an available store to my local dealer, which is understandable. However, being guaranteed a delivery time of 7:00AM I set out to find a contractor that would be able to work on said tiles. Around 9:00AM the morning of the scheduled delivery, I called the shop after receiving no updates to see if I could come in to pick up my tiles. I was told that the delivery was not there and the tiles are not in stock, now it became an inconvenience. My contractor was sitting in my home twiddling his thumbs because with no tiles he had no job to do. After going through the day receiving no update. I called and was told that they had no idea when the tiles would come in. I cancelled my order to stop wasting my time, my contractor’s time and the shop’s time.After cancelling the order, I was told that all charges would be refunded due to the inconvenience of the whole process. However, a few days later my bank calls me informing me that this tile shop is looking to collect on the delivery fee of an order that they never delivered and ensured was cancelled.I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone.
