First time in, just by coincidence and we will be back!Only because of Robert! Man does he know his sh*t!He helped us pick out some amazing teas, that have fit our flavor profile exactly the way we asked for.He knows his ingredients, and it’s not JUST the teas he knows about. He helped us pick some amazing salts and sugars for our cooking, was super informative and just perfect.His vibe is incredible, his customer service is fantastic. He knew when we needed help, may have been the deer in the headlights look at all the options but he also knew when to give us space!Man oh man will I be looking forward to the next round of recommendations!Thank you!
