I would definitely recommend talking to Jeff at the spa wholesaler, he’s very knowledgeable about all the brands out there, no pressure sales at all, we really felt comfortable buying from him. He delivered our spa on time and did a great job installing and going through the setup. Look, they don’t keep regular store hours like most places, and they operate by appointment, but what you get is a really good education about tubs, a great price on a quality tub and a committed sales and service experience. He arrived and replace the panel under warranty, no problems. He was very responsive and the tub is back in action. I’m very happy with the service, somehow I don’t think the big storefronts would have been as quick. I have been really loving the tub, should have bought it when we first built the house 10 years ago. Anyhow, I’ve had it almost 2 years and I am very happy. I recommend The Spa Wholesaler anyone looking for a spa!
