We are in the market for a hot tub. We’ve been to a few stores with rather lackluster customer service experiences. We stopped by The Spa & Patio Store and Brandon was so helpful.He showed us many different options, got to know our needs, discussed the timeline for our project and provided us with the info we need for when we are ready to purchase. He was very upfront with pricing, add ons and other items we might want to consider. He also gave us a few referrals for electricians and contractors to help us prepare our home for the hot tub.There is something to be said for people who take the time to provide good customer service. We will be purchasing our hot tub here strictly due to Brandon and the way he treated us.

I bought a hot tub here and my experience has been really good. They were up front about delivery and delays and the ongoing support has been fantastic. Brandon is responsive and knowledgeable. And I love my hot tub!! I may consider buying patio furniture here in the future.
