Looking for a plant store on the Upper West Side? The Sill is the perfect place to find indoor potted plants. The Sill UWS will be open for Social Distanced shopping with a maximum of 3 customers at a time. To ensure everyone’s safety, customers are required to wear masks and asked to observe 6 ft social distancing with all other customers and staff. At this time we are not repotting outside plants or planters, nor are we able to process returns or exchanges due to the size of our shop and space required to safely sanitize and quarantine all outside products. All sales are final. We are also available for curbside pickup and contactless delivery thru Instagram @thesillnyc or by calling our shop.

I’ve ordered from The Sill online and have had great luck with their plants. When I stumbled onto their actual store I was pleasantly surprised. All their plants area very healthy and in a variety of pot sizes. The pot selection is limited, but they do have all their colors and sizes in stock. They were very safe and only allowed one or two visitors at a time (the store is pretty small) which wasn’t an issue for me. They include the information you’ll need to take care of your new plant and wrap it up appropriately for the weather.

I live in Vermont and placed this order on their website. I have never considered spending this amount of money on fake plants, but I took the plunge trusting this company wouldn’t do me wrong. I received the plants and am so, incredibly disappointed. The nicest thing about it is the plant pot. It looks so cheap, I could have found a nicer one at Walmart. I can’t imagine charging $85 for this thing. The worst part is, I haven’t heard back from anyone since my complaint! I’m extremely unsatisfied.

Knowledgeable staff really helpful, small plant boutique with beautiful plants picked out our planter, repotted for us, for a beautiful gift for a special friend, definitely recommend.
