Seeing there wasn’t a place specifically available for the sneakerhead consumer to drop off their sneakers for cleaning and repair. The Shoe Clinic decided to fill that niche by opening up our 1st flagship sneaker repair shop located in the Historic 5 Points South of Birmingham, AL. We opened our doors in 2015 in order to mimic todays traditional dress shoe repair shop but specifically specializing in repairing sneakers. The company’s goal is to provide a trusted place that fulfills the needs and wants of our customer the sneaker consumer. It’s mission is to become a world brand known for high quality customer service and premium sneaker repair & cleaning. Founded 6 years ago, our sneaker care techs have cleaned over 15K sneakers.

I’m going to be 100. Service and punctuality were awful. The store is never open at the hours stated online or even the times they tell you in person.Not going to bash or over dramatize. This “business”‘isn’t very punctual or consistent.Be prepared do deal with bs , and even being “blocked” by the owner / manager. Use at own risk , you were warned

Nice show store. This store sells used and new shoes, does basic repairs to shoes you’d love to keep, but you better go on there with money, just stop by and chat with the owner for a few and he’ll explain more.
