I originally furnished my new home in April 2017 with shades from the The Shade Store. My first experience was a great one. I returned in August 2020 to update some shades that did not filter light as I would have hoped. My second experience was extremely disappointing. I prefer not to go into detail about my experience or name the associate who was extremely rude for no discernible reason, but it is safe to say that I will never give this company another dollar. Good thing they don’t have the market cornered on window shades!

We are so thrilled with our room darkening shades from The Shade Store! The staff has been so friendly and efficient from our first meeting in the store to the final instillation of the shades. Our shades are black on the inside and white on the outside. When they are open you can’t even tell they are there. When they are closed they do a great job of reducing light and heat. They are the perfect addition to our “Modern” home. We highly recommend The Shade Store!
