Wide assortment of items. Inventory rotates pretty fast. Things are kept neatly and accessible. Store is staffed for floor help and quick check out. Never has it been overly crowded.

April 30, 2021 @ 9:05 am – I took time out to drive to this West Covina SA to deliver 2 bags of clothes for needy people in the community. As I drove up, the male Hispanic man told me I’m not taking anymore items. I asked him when can I come back and he said when I’m finished with this stuff (there were a few items on the ground). I thought charities took items for the less fortunate; now they are refusing? Very strange. Hire employees who want to WORK. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. What a waste of my time. I’ll write to Corporate as well.

Rude employees! I was in a rush to get to work and wanted to drop off a bag of new clothes and new Vans shoes. Employee refused to take it and wanted to act tough with me. Total jerk!! I went to Goodwill instead and will be going there to drop off all donations going forward.
