Best thrift store around. You can get great deals on expensive items. My family has been shopping here for years.

Awful!! I scheduled this a month in advance and called twice to confirm that they could take two tables I was donating. Both were originally quite expensive. The truck arrives at my house and was told they cannot accept either table. They want NEW furniture. Who is going to go out and buy brand new furniture and turn around and donate it? These tables are both good and sturdy. This place is a scam, beware. You’ll waste time hauling this stuff out and then be told “oh sorry, it’s not good enough for a charity donation.” Give me a break. Last time I ever give to this place. I will add though that there were 2 men. The younger one seemed nice the but older one was confrontational and annoyed from the start. Unfortunately I didn’t get either of their names, but when I called Sarah at the warehouse to discuss she was useless. Here’s an idea, before telling people you’ll accept something, ask for a picture BEFORE people waste time scheduling a donation. And the furniture was perfectly good anyhow. Will stick to Goodwill from now on!

Worst experience I’ve ever experienced. They scheduled me a pick up for a mattress which needs to be donated, first off give me a pick up window of 3-8. 5 hours, worse than a cable company. Then they proceed to not give me any contact information whatsoever, and no one ever shows up. So now i have these large items awaiting pick up in my apartment because the people here cannot do the simplest common courtesy and send an email, accept a call, or even let you know they aren’t showing up.
