I went in 2 times and they still did not get my hair color the way I asked for it. I told them what toner to use and they said we r out of a lot of products due to the pandemic so my hair suffered for it. Now I’m out 135$ and my hair is all types of colors and they won’t refund me. Nichole is nice but didn’t do what I wanted for my hair… other salons say they could of done it the first time with the product I told her to use which she did not have. Do not go there if u want blonde hair!

There was a new girl doing my sons hairIt came out so uneven and the cut was really bad. I was shocked they even let us leave like that. Huge chunks were like inch off from being a straight line. Why do they hire people that are so poor at cutting hair? It was like a toddler took scissors and went to town.
