Such a great family owned, and experienced pilot shop. Even if they don’t have what you need in the store, they can get it for you no problem! I’ve been a customer for 15 years and will continue to purchase items.

I would caution shopping here due to their inflexible return policy. I purchased a helicopter to GA aviation headset adapter that bent after the first use. The store took no responsibility if their product was a lemon. The owner said it was not normal. Of course it is not normal, why would I return a normal and functional item? Other stores and Amazon have the same products, same price, (if not better), and an actual return policy. Unfortunately, I missed the 5 x 8 paper by the register saying no returns for pretty much everything they sell. The store didn’t even want to do store credit. I am purchasing my GA headset on amazon for more security.

Love this pilot store, has all the necessities and the owner is super friendly. They were out of something I needed so he told me to come back the next day, sure enough it was there when I came back in the morning! Nice to be able to come in and buy in person instead of having to buy everything online.
