I love the pie hole brand in general, but I must say that this is one of my favorite locations if not my favorite.I just feel, and it has been my experience that, their products are just a little bit more fresher than the other locations. I like getting my pie holes and them being very fresh and gooey on the inside.The customer service in the hospitality is also pretty good at this location, just like it is at the downtown Los Angeles location. However, because there’s nowhere to sit outside of this location, it feels like you’re slightly being rushed to get in and get out.I also think that the pie hole brand in general should start making vegan versions of the baked goods that they already sell. I feel guilty every time I shop here because I don’t eat dairy at all, but I know that some of the pie holes have dairy in them.

I got lavender matcha tea and no pie. Receipt listed price as 50 cents more than price on board. Plus tax. Plus tip. They shrugged, didn’t start on tea until I gave up and went to bathroom. They have location. Lots of whipped cream on those pies but well, I kind of expect the listed price to be the price. What?! Huh?!
