The manager with blonde hair had demonstrated terrible customer service today when I asked her a simple question.I had an incident happen with a pair shoes that I bought from this store and I didn’t realize they had been worn. So I called the manager and they offered a 15% off gift card; then the pandemic happened. Note this was not a coupon that would expire, the manager notified me that this was a gift card in the system for me for my next visit. I wasn’t able to go back until now as stores began to open and when I spoke to a manager today about it she was unnecessarily rude. Her attitude embarrassed me as she boasted about, “working [here] for the past 3 years,” and, “We’ve been open since May, you should have checked,” and refusing to be aware about the discount. I understand if she wouldn’t have known about it, however she did not bother checking nor providing assistance. I kept my composure and when I asked if she could maybe check in the system, she scoffed and walked away from me. Everything she said to me had a nasty tone as she completely humiliated me and ruined my experience today; and I always used to love this store. Not anymore, thanks a lot.

This is my absolute favorite boutique in Denton. I come here every time when I’m in town. The employees are so sweet. They always have great sales! I wished they had one closer to me!
