I understand no touching because of covid. But the owner wouldn’t even let me look. I made sure to not touch, but when I went to look at the wall(not behind the counter)he asked what I was doing there….uhhh looking?? He watched every move I made and everywhere I turned to look he said I couldn’t be there. Since I couldn’t look I left. Since I left because I couldn’t look, only one star. Dogs a sweet. If only the owner was as nice. That would be cool.

I walked into the Outdoor Store three years ago asking for a job at a crucial time in my life while I was switching careers. Not only did I get a job, I found the love of my life working there (who just proposed this weekend) and I gained a family. Dan (owner), Pat (bike mechanic) and the Outdoor Store crew and family made me feel at home. I absolutely loved working here and especially getting to divide the floor with my floor manager, golden retriever Riley. The year I worked at the Outdoor store was a magical one and will always stand out in my memories. Dan, thank you for always being there! Best store of the Commons.

Don’t let the Dogs trick you, these guys are money hungry and will try and squeeze every penny out of you. Made the mistake of asking for a refund on a faulty item I bought about from them 50 mins prior. Would not help me at all- basically told me to go f myself and have me store 17 dollars store credit… not even enough to buy a pair of their 22 dollar socks
