Our experience with The Oriental Carpet could not have been better. From our first phone inquiry until the delivery of our seven rugs, their response has been quick and their service superb. Our rugs had not been cleaned for many years and all of them came back looking brand new. I know that’s a cliche, but it’s the only way to describe it. And it applies as well to the repair of an oriental rug which was unraveling at the end. We have had other companies clean our rugs in the distant past, but The Oriental Carpet outshines them all.We are in our 80’s and felt, like our rugs, that we were fraying at the edges. Our bedroom rugs were threadbare and we bought new ones from The Oriental Carpet. Our brand new looks has given us a new lease on life!

After the great service we received bringing in a vey damaged Persian rug for repair, we came back this week to purchase a few more. The selection they have in store is astounding! So many beautiful ones to choose from. We ended up with a Nain for our dining area, an Isfahan for the entry way and a long hallway runner. Jeremy and Sasha were amazing! They were so patient and helpful. We really wanted a Nain for our dining room, but were having difficulty finding one we liked in the right size. Sasha was able to bring in a few different ones the following week that matched our dimensions. We could not be happier with our selections. Thank you both so much!
