My son had the front wheel of his mountain bike pretzeled by a horrible driver at a crosswalk. Thank goodness he was okay. I needed a rim but had no idea how much they cost. Walked out with a rim priced at $120.00 and the service guy just said how much more they were elsewhere. I guess elsewhere doesn’t include Amazon where they were going to about 1/2 that price. I needed it quickly though and it did fit so there’s that. The sales person seemed not to give a $hit one way or another. BTW, the store was EMPTY on a Thursday at 4PM but it was January.

I brought three new bikes from here and two of them have been loaded with problems. I have brought them bike to get fixed though the one year of free service and they still have problems. Most problems I’ve had to diagnose and fix myself. One bike brake cable got disconnected mid use causing it to be frayed which was not replaced by them so I had to replace it myself. The other bike has had issues with the chain. I’ve have fixed the chain but it has now snapped twice while riding. keep in mind this is brand new bike that I purchased brand new to avoid problems. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a new chain as well.
