It’s nice to see this place open. Very neat and clean with helpful staff.( Actually they are exceedingly nice. They ask if they can help, they point you in the right direction, and then they disappear until you need them.) The colors this year are a little too bright for me. Other than that, the down jackets are as fluffy as ever. The North face down jacket that I own for the past 10 years is just beginning to wear out. I’m anxiously awaiting my new North Face down jacket. Much of downtown San Francisco these days appears post apocalyptic. North Face is a bright shiny object.

Shout out Stevie, Brian, Fernando, and Dean, also the guy greeting with the glasses. Nicely designed store that really fits the outdoor vibe of the brand, with its modern displays complimented by wood floors and circular lighting racks. Staff was very attentive, friendly, helpful, and willing to engage in the customer experience. Shoutout to those guides, once again.
